Abstract There are two types of customer loyalty.One is loyalty to customer,the other is loyalty to company. There is mainly customer loyalty to the staff existing in many chinese companies. What is the relation between Customer’s Loyalty to Employees and company’s performance? A lot of Chinese companies are facing the question.This paper This paper summarizes the research and makes several cases study. We find that customer loyalty to the staff has different relation at different stage of the company,and rises the risk of losing customers.So,manager should manage this loyalty through the development of enterprises,contron the risk and contribute to performance.
