Abstract A urban-rural-two-way-flow commerce system is an important measure that expands domestic demand, realizes the urban and rural integration and coordination, promotes the integration of urban-rural markets and improves the income of farmers. The strategic goal is the transition from the one-way-flow commercial circulation system to the urban- rural-two-way-flow commercial circulation system. And the strategies include the urban-rural- two-way-flow logistics system, market system, business organization system, business service system, modern business format system.
