Abstract At present there are some differences about the dimensions and measurements of entrepreneurial orientation in academic research, which hamper the development of the corporation entrepreneurship theory and practical innovation. Therefore, this article uses the case analysis, analysises the key features of entrepreneurial orientation in family firms, and discusses the dimensions and their covary of entrepreneurial orientation constructs, ensuring the construct of entrepreneurial orientation to more targeted and applicable.
