Abstract The paper firstly analyzes the relationship between corporate governance and internal control, and the logical start of internal control based on corporate governance. Then, it studies internal control integration, which includes the basic works, the framework, and the modules of internal control integration. Finally, it takes the purchase business as an example to illustrate the integration of internal control.
