Abstract Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Resourceful Industry Chain are an important strength. They exist in a chain together with large-scale enterprises, and they play an important role in optimizing disposition of resources in a chain and promoting the development of chain. Directing the problems in practice, this paper will research the growing-up law and inquire into promoting the growing-up mechanism of small-medium-sized enterprises in Resourceful Industry Chain from the view of chain.
