A Game Analysis about Relationship between Manufacturer and Retailer in Circulation Channel |

Abstract Based on the complete information series game, the manufacturer and retailer in the circulation channel is researched and the model of Nash Equilibrium is built. The conclusion shows that for manufacturer the best choice is the direct channel, the next is the hybrid channel and indirect channel; for retailer the reverse is ture. In the end, the thesis validates the conclusion and thinks of the status quo of Chinese circulation industry.
