Abstract The Yue merchant is a rising merchant community after the reform and open policy, it is a important constituent of the Zhe commerchant.. At present, the research about Zhe merchant is more in-depth, but about the research of Yue merchant is just at the beginning. The article is on the basis of the humanities characteristic view, on the research of the origin ,spirit temperament, inheritance and the future trend of the Yue merchant,it emphasizes the spirit feature.
