Abstract: The trend of enterprise platform is becoming more and more obvious under the internet background. The corresponding platform leadership has aroused more and more attention from enterprises and researchers. Many researchers have proved that this new leadership mode has a dual positive effect on both the enterprise and employees, but whether it has a significant positive impact on the innovation behavior of employees and how the influence mechanism works has not been studied. This paper explores the influence and transmission mechanism of platform leadership and employee innovation behavior based on the social exchange theory and intrinsic motivation theory. The empirical research results show that: platform leadership has a significant positive impact on employee innovation behavior, team psychological empowerment plays a significant mediating role between platform leadership and employee innovation behavior, and organizational commitment can effectively moderate the relationship between team psychological empowerment and employee innovation behavior. This paper provides theoretical support and practical reference for enterprises to foster platform leadership, improve team psychological empowerment and improve organizational commitment in management practice.
