Further Discussion on Integrated Construction of Society with the Rule of Law——A Study on the Original Contribution of Important Discussion about the Integrated Construction from Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law
Abstract：It's of significant original contribution that the important discussion about the integrated construction of state with the rule of law, government with the rule of law and society with the rule of law from Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law has given the government with the rule of law a new epoch connotation, and has taken it as the key task of law construction. To promote the integrated construction of society with the rule of law, we should accurately grasp and understand the key points, highlights and key issues of the current and future construction of society with the rule of law in our country, overall design, integrate from top to bottom and comprehensively promote. During the promotion of integrated construction of society with the rule of law, we should promote the multilevel and multidomain governance according to law, and eliminate the obstacle factors that restrict the construction of society with the rule of law. We should build the structure of harmonious labor relations to lay the foundation of society with the rule of law. And we should promote the legalization of social governance to boost the construction of society with the rule of law. Then we should strengthen social security to help the construction of society with the rule of law.
