Abstract:E-commerce is a new trade form under the background of modern economy. China has always attached great importance to the development of e-commerce. In the past five years, China's digital technology has been integrated with the real economy, and the number of enterprises engaged in e-commerce transactions has increased significantly. The scale of Internet users nationwide is large, and the proportion of online shopping users is high. The cross-border e-commerce business has developed rapidly and formed an e-commerce brand. The number of enterprises with e-commerce transaction activities is related to the level of regional economic development. There are differences in e-commerce products in different regions, which are related to regional characteristic products. More e-commerce listed companies and more national e-commerce demonstration bases are gathered in economically developed regions. In the future, China needs to strengthen the integration of rural e-commerce elements and resources, build a rural e-commerce system and build a rural e-commerce brand; strengthen the connection with overseas e-commerce platforms and create a diversified cross-border e-commerce model; cultivate new business forms, build demonstration bases, and promote the coordinated development of e-commerce and regional economy. We should strengthen the rule of law and integrity of e-commerce, and optimize the environment for e-commerce development.
