Abstract:The history of the rise and development of capitalism is a history of capital globalization. It is also a history of capital flowing and spreading around the world. This historical process has led to the globalization of the spatial contradiction of capital accumulation and ecological crisis. At the same time, the occupation and deprivation of ecological space in less developed countries or regions are also increasing. Developing countries are generally at the bottom of the global industrial chain. On their road of pursuing economic and social development, it is inevitable to encounter the ecological risk challenge of capital globalization, and even fall into the ecological trap constructed by capital power. Faced with the wave of globalization and the globalization of capital, developing countries cannot completely reject capital, but they cannot take a laissez faire attitude either. They should establish a unified domestic market to take the initiative in economic and social development; establish ecological thresholds to limit and guide international capital; aggregate the power of developing countries to build an internationally recognized ecological voice;and promote the building of a community with a shared future for mankind and strengthen global ecological governance, try to realize the harmonious coexistence of man and nature in the process of continuing to promote globalization.
