In the new stage of promoting the common prosperity of everyone, business associations need to reposition their functions. Previous studies have discussed that the functions of business associations are affected by influence logic, membership logic, or public logic in different scenarios. However, few literatures discuss the comprehensive impact of the above three different logic on the functions of business associations. This paper constructs an analytical framework of “business associations driven by the integration of membership logic, influence logic and public logic to promote common prosperity”. Based on case analysis, this paper finds that business associations promote the integration of member logic, influence logic and public logic through organizational alliance and digital reform.Firstly, business associations adhere to the core of membership logic, stimulate the vitality and ability of various members, and promote high-quality economic development.Secondly, business associations take public logic as the value-oriented, pursue social public interests, and improve the ability of grass-roots social governance. Finally, with the logic of influence as a strong support, business associations improve the efficiency of government governance, support high-quality economic development and high-level social governance, and promote the substantive progress of common prosperity. The practice of business associations is conducive to forming a social pattern of common prosperity and optimizing the governance system of common prosperity.
