Abstract：The formation and development of the Wenzhou’s model is closely related to its folk culture,in which folk beliefs play a very important role. Wenzhou model contains Wenzhou people spirits such as the pioneers spirit, hard-working, unity,etc. These spirits have bearing on the region’s folk belief culture. This paper discusses three main dimensions of deep relationship between folk beliefs and Wenzhou model - folk beliefs builds the spirit firewall for the creator of the Wenzhou model; by popular belief, the people of Wenzhou reinforce the original blood,local bind, industry connection and other relations; Wenzhou people live in a liminality of the threshold stage, the line between the sacred and the secular. At the same time, this paper also conducted a preliminary reflection of Wenzhou folk culture.
