Abstract:With the reform of Chinese higher education and the development of education specialization, teachers in higher institutions are facing increasing professional pressure. This has frustrated their psychology, affected their work and life, furthermore, has influenced the quality and efficiency of higher education. This article studies the source of professional pressure and its adjustment strategies, in an attempt to helping the society, schools and teachers be aware of the professional pressure and the effective adjustment strategies. As a result, the mental health of teachers could be maintained; the work effectiveness of teachers could be improved.
