Abstract:The group insurance is a insurance pattern which provides several members a piece of insurance policy. The thesis develops the characteristics of group insurance and the status of the parties thereto from the scope of the action for the disputes thereof. The policyholder can institute an action of indemnity (performance) against the insurer on behalf of the insured and the beneficiary under the insurance contract; the insured can intervene the action as the third party to be convenient for the proceeding and maintenance of rights; the insurance headquarter shouldn't be the defendant for the characteristics and regular operation thereof. Finally, the thesis explores the cancellation of the group endowment insurance contract and come to the conclusion that the relevant interests should belong to the insured wholly after the cancellation of the contract.
