Abstract:The cultural analysis on the Chinese short-life enterprises indicates that there are indeed some cultural traits that not benefit enterprise’s existence and development in the traditional Chinese culture and its modern changes, such as overladen visional thinking, flexible behavior, devotion to ancestors and the mean culture. These traits infuluenced the the enterprise brand building and eternal development, restricted the corporate citizenship behavior. To rescue the short-life enterprises, we have to change those behihand cultural elements and jont the world outstanding culture.
