Abstract The entrepreneur's beliefs determines the deep values and ultimate orientation of the business and life. On the basis of the connotation of the belief and the entrepreneur's beliefs, the author takes the Chinese entrepreneurs as the research object to carry on the empirical research. The entrepreneur's beliefs can be divided into three factors under the Chinese context: reverence for divinities, inclusion for open , altruism for transcendence. Based on the three factors, we get five types of entrepreneur groups: altruistic and transcendent entrepreneurs, open and practical entrepreneurs, belief-lacking entrepreneurs, gods-experiential entrepreneurs, inclusive and revered entrepreneurs. There are significant characteristic differences in different types of entrepreneur groups. Chinese entrepreneur groups need to cultivate a higher degree of belief self-consciousness on belief and space with this era in the larger time . Social public opinion and related educational institutions have to bear the responsibility to cultivate the correct entrepreneur's beliefs. Entrepreneur's beliefs, entrepreneur's business and entrepreneur's management behaviors should be combined organically, so as to achieve sustainable development of enterprises.
