Abstract Home service has become increasingly popular with the prevalence of lazy economy. The key to ensure the stability and improve the service quality of the crowdsourcing logistic team is to motivate the continuous participation of crowdsourcing logistic solvers. Based on the models of PAM-ISC and TPB, the paper constructs a positivism model to analyze participation motivation, subject norm and perceived behavioral control, satisfaction and continuance participation intention and their relationship. The paper collects data from crowdsourcing logistic solvers by way of questionnaire and use SMARTPLS2.0 software for empirical analysis. The research results show: participation motivation, subject norm and perceived behavioral control have positive impact on continuous participation; satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between participation motivation and continuous participation intention. The paper offers theoretical guidance and implications for organizers to improve the participation satisfaction and encourage the solvers’ continuous participation, which will promote the stable and healthy development of crowdsourcing logistics.
