Abstract The division of labor leads to the rise of specialization, and promotes productivity and material wealth. However, the transaction costs hinder the development of circulation and limit the expansion of the market. This article is based on a review of labor division between the market and the degree of interaction, and distribution clusters. By analyzing the relationship of the decade 2005-2014 GDP and number of billions market,we explain that the division of labor leads to the different circulation space vectors. Furthermore, we discuss the location choice of the spatial structure of distribution. We draw the conclusion that we must strengthen the optimization of the spatial structure of distribution.
