Study on C2B Business Model of “Internet Plus” Fresh Agricultural Product Supply Chain Based on the Social-nomics |

Abstract From the perspective of the reform and innovation brought about by the social-nomics on fresh agricultural produce supply chain model in the “Internet Plus” environment, the emergence and development of the social-nomics are thoroughly analyzed. Then, a C2B business model of “Internet Plus” fresh agricultural produce supply chain based on the social-nomics is proposed, and is elaborated from several aspects including value proposition, key resources, operational processes and profit model. On this basis, combined with three typical application cases, the application prospect for the business model is analyzed. Finally, practical guidance is provided for the fresh agricultural produce supply chain members and the government.
