互联网时代批发商的的“再中介化”——价值链整合视角

Abstract This paper considers the probable pattern of the re-intermediation of wholesalers in the Internet era from the perspective of value chain integration. Firstly, we found that it would improve the welfare of all the members in the distribution channel when the wholesaler carry out the integration of the retailer's value chain based on the mathematical model. Secondly, we explained the way and the process of the integration of the retailer's value chain by the wholesaler through a case study. We found that the wholesaler could integrate the weak part of the retailer's value chain based on its specialized superiority by the way of building an Internet platform. Thus, the wholesaler and the retailers would be united as a community of value creation, which would maximize the entire capacity of value creation of the community and bring about the objective of re-intermediation of the wholesaler.
