Abstract From an organizational ethics perspective, based on the modern management situation, this article studies the ecological justice in the transition period of the organization. The modern organization management mode is a kind of active symbiotic management type. In the view of the modern scientific management under the organization of the society, employees need a proactive personality to show their job status of positive survival. In the active state of survival, the organization’s managers are not only concerned about the technical indicators, because it should have a finer control over the work of the staff with an ultimate aim to enhance the production organization, we should also pay more attention to the related research on organizational ecology situation. This paper has discussed the worrying status of modern organizational ecology, calling for the operation of the organization value returned to improve the value of justice based on ecological situation of the organization, and then improve the people’s work conditions which is induced in the positive state of survival in the modern organization.
