Abstract The paper analyzed the formation mechanism of micro credit’ credit risk based on asymmetric information theory. Through game analysis on micro credit supply and demand parties’ behavior , we believe that enhancing credit risk management of micro credit should focus on the change in institutions. After analyzing China’s credit risk status of micro credit and the influencing factors, we put forward the innovative strategies to strengthen credit risk management of micro credit .
