From Knowledge Sharing to Knowledge Harmony: a transformation of idea |

Abstract Knowledge sharing is the important content of knowledge management, which emphasizes converting individual knowledge into organizational knowledge. But there exists a paradox of knowledge sharing. The paper argues that Knowledge harmony is a fire-new idea to evade the paradox of knowledge sharing. Knowledge harmony is that harmoniously manage the organizational knowledge to achieve its lasting innovation, and harmoniously harness the organizational knowledge to realize its sustaining value-add. The paper points out the approaches of accomplishing organizational knowledge harmony on the basis of analyzing the theoretical characteristics and the academic value of organizational knowledge harmony, and expounds the six kinds of functions and establishes the elementary framework of knowledge harmony circumfusing the two level subjects of organizational knowledge and personal knowledge.
