Abstract Antitrust law and trade policy both is the efficacious tool in international marketing. Antitrust law is primarily concerned with the conduct of private undertaking and centrally focused on protecting the competition of the market and enhanced the efficiency and the welfare of consumer. Trade policy, on the other hand, is principally focused on the behavior of countries, aiming to implement free trade. The two tool have some difference in aiming, but it is united in achieve the best deploy of resource and competition.
