Abstract In order to use Multivariate Statistical Analysis correctly, the paper proposes the establishment statistical test system of Multivariate Statistical Analysis, including statistical test system of principal components analysis, statistical test system of factor analysis, statistical test system of hierarchical cluster analysis, statistical test system of discriminant analysis, statistical test system of correspondence analysis, statistical test system of canonical correlation analysis. Finally the paper put forward other questions which the application Multivariate Statistical Analysis should pay attention.
