Abstract Since the beginning of 21st century, the position of Chinese production factors and the way of income distribution among them have changed deeply. Commercial labor has become a socially necessary labor, which creates commodity value, and should also be the source of commodity value and profit. With the combination of technological revolution and commercial productivity, intellectual and innovative labor will determine the value of commercial labors. In the process of commercial modernization, we should correctly understand commerce and commercial labor, improve the quality of commercial labors as well.
