Abstract Based on the revision of the conceptions and the intrinsic relationship between person-job fitness, organizational citizenship behavior, work value and work-related expectancies, this paper proposes the research model and theoretical assumptions. In the pairing investigation of 505 employees and 124 supervisors on the Chinese mainland and Macao region, we verify the mediated moderating effect of work-related expectancies on the relations between person-job fitness, work value and organizational citizenship behavior. Most of our hypotheses are supported, work-related expectancies moderating the relations between person-job fitness, work value, and organizational citizenship behavior and part of mediated moderating effect exist.
