Abstract Knowledge management model, knowledge management process and the correlation matrix in human resources development lay a solid foundation for the human resource development model in high-tech enterprises based on knowledge. From a new research perspective, the human resource development model in high-tech enterprises based on knowledge combines the human resources development process with the acquisition and memory, transferring and sharing, application and creation of knowledge, and divides the six stages of human resource development into key aspects, which provides a new way of thinking for future theoretical research.
