Abstract Through the establishment the regression model of the United States antidumping to all involved countries in imports and anti-dumping complaints, anti-dumping measures and related factors, examined the impact of imports by 1995-2008 U.S. anti-dumping initiations and measures on all the 57 involved countries and regions. Using the GMM method to amend the results of least squares estimation, found that while the imports of the U.S. current imports are mainly decided by the historical inport factors, but the anti-dumping initiations and measures would result in significant decline in total current imports, a decrease of the proportion of 7.198% and 5.890%, respectively. and the protective effect of U.S. anti-dumping make its average annual import volume has dropped by nearly 175.7 billions; China’s exports to the United States each year reduced by more than 12.7 billions.
