Abstract Retail Trade Evolution has its internal law, then, what is the original impetus of Retail Trade Evolution? how to produce a Retail Trade and the Retail Trade into the mainstream? why some Retail Trade do not have a recession? Theorists on these issues have no explanation. This article attempts to analysis on Retail Evolution from the organizational perspective: Retail Trade Evolution is not drived by the technological innovation, but entrepreneurs from the pursuit of profit motive; entrepreneurs to be the core of the ability to dominate the Retail Trade Evolution, Through restructuring the constituent elements of the original Retail Trade , bringing it closer to the "boundary line technology" ,bringing new value for customers ; Retail Trade generation, the mainstream of Retail Trade, as well as the formation of a "second life cycle", entrepreneurs play a key role.
