Abstract Conflict is common in logistics outsourcing, and it is no antagonistic. Conflict reasons are analyzed in the article, and a conflict analysis model centered on logistics integrated server supplier is set up. In this model of logistics outsourcing, stability is analyzed and the solution is figured out. Negotiated mechanism and incentive mechanism are put forward.
