Abstract Investment function mechanism is embodied in capital and technology entry barrier of different industry, the target of production and management, and the capital for special purpose. Circulation Industry differs from other industries is in its investment function mechanism. Base on it, this paper analyses investment conduction circular flow and describes the mechanism characteristic of investment function in our country's circulation industry in the aspect of investment program, investment principle an financing channel. The gist of this paper is to give an analysis point for academia about investment function of circulation industry.
