Abstract This article makes analysis and discussion of the “Advertisement” under the Advertisement Regulation Law, meanwhile contains the function and value of evaluating the design of systems in the prevailing the Advertisement Regulation Law. Analysis of all factors of the “Advertisement” under the Advertisement Regulation Law and classification of illegal commercial advertisements listed in the Advertisement Regulation Law will be helpful for a deep understanding of the concept of advertisement and on that basis be helpful for a comprehensive review of the systems and regulations of the Advertisement Regulation Law. That would make clear the direction of the Revision and Consummation of the Advertisement Regulation Law.
