This article takes Yiwu Commodity Market and the related e-commerce enterprises as an example, combined the survey of 10,000 market operators and field interviews of more than 40 professional markets in national. Analyze the interactive development of professional markets and e-commerce in China. Concluded three main models and three different stages of linkage development of professional markets and e-commerce. Analyze the functional and morphology innovation of China’s professional markets in against the background of e-business. To provide practical basis for restructuring and upgrading of many professional markets in our country.
