Abstract The strategic goal of supply chain management is the synergy of members in supply chain. The strategy, structure, and performance analysis model only representations the flexible competences of supply chain. To realize the value of supply chain, we should scan supply chain from the perspective of flexible strategy. Standing by this point, this paper construct a model of supply chain flexibility, and analysis the relationships between couplings in the model as well as the resource of flexible capability.
