Abstract The paper explores firm’s behavioral pattern between market and non-market strategy and its correlation with resources. The main results: (1) firm’s integration strategy involves with three levels, that is issue integration, strategic collaboration, and strategic interaction; (2) The resource bases of the integration strategy includes three dimensions, which are market resource, non-market resource, and institutional resource; (3) It exists significant relationship between firms’ resource and strategic integration. Institutional resource has significant influence upon issue integration, but negative influence on strategic interaction; market resource doesn’t has significant influence on issue integration, but has positive influence on strategic collaboration and strategic interaction; non-market resource is positively correlated with three types of strategic integration patterns.
