Abstract With the two-echelon logistics service providers participating in the supply chain system, there is the product supply chain (PSC) composed of manufacturers and retailers and the other logistics service supply chain (LSSC) made of logistics service integrators and functional logistics service providers. This paper analyses the game of different decision-making modes, including two-party cooperative mode and multilateral-party cooperative mode, the research results show that in two-party cooperative decision-making mode, centralized decision-making is the dominant strategy for LSSC, and when the sensitive coefficient of logistics service level and retail price satisfies some conditions, the PSC would choose centralized decision-making mode. The total system profit, logistics service level and product sales are sorted in a descending order from the centralized decision-making mode to three-party cooperative decision-making mode, and to two-party cooperative decision-making mode. Nash negotiation model and the Minimum core method are used to design the interest distribution mechanism under different decision-making modes of supply chain, which realize the coordination of supply chain. Finally, the research conclusion of the proposition and the effectiveness of benefit distribution mechanism are proved by the numerical analysis, and finally the future research fields and directions are proposed.
