The modern logistics park based on 4PL is a typical two-sided market management platform. In order to solve the external disequilibrium of the supply and demand of logistics services between the logistics parks, the structure model of the two-sided market is constructed to analyze the interconnection of the two bilateral operation platforms of the logistics park with asymmetric logistics services. It also studies the comprehensive influence of the logistics service innovation in the logistics park with lower logistics service levels and the cross network externalities on the interconnection between the two logistics parks. Studies show that the innovation of logistics services and the cross network externalities have a complex cross influence on the profits, transaction fees and market share of the two logistics parks after the two logistics parks are interconnected.
